Richard joined Payne Associates as Sales Manager in August 2014 after having gained a vast amount of industry knowledge from working for both Corporate and Independent Estate Agents over the last 28 years. His main role within the office is to provide Market Valuations & Appraisals and is enjoys being part of the City Centre team where there is always a really good atmosphere in the office and working with his colleagues who are all very hard working and really do care about delivering a very high standard of customer service.
Aaron has gained over 7 years experience selling and valuing property within the Coventry and Leicestershire areas having worked in Estate Agency since leaving school. Having played rugby for Warwickshire County at school boy level he still plays rugby locally and in his spare time enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit.
Paige joined Payne Associates in April 2017 following her return back to England from Australia where she completed her NVQ levels in business administration.
Paige is very interested in Estate Agency and hopes to have a long-term career in the industry. "I am currently learning to drive and am really looking forward to being able to show prospective buyers around properties". Paige likes being part of the busy Earlsdon team and has a positive and professional attitude. In her spare time Paige enjoys a variety of social activities with friends and family.
Tracy joined Payne Associates in April 2014 and provides administration support to the Cheylesmore, City Centre and Walsgrave offices. Prior to this she worked for several years as a legal secretary for a large firm of solicitors and before this was a medical secretary for an occupational health company. Tracy lives local to the Cheylesmore office and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, socialising and sunshine holidays !

Liz joined Payne Associates in February 2010 as a sales negotiator at the Daventry Road Office and quickly progressed to manage the Earlsdon Office for the next 7 years. Having recently returned to Daventry Road she is looking forward to a new challenge.

Hobbies include Tae Kwon Do where she is currently working toward her third dan black belt, attending classes twice a week and also teaching a kid's class. Any spare time Liz has she likes to spend in the gym or eating out with family and friends.
Liz Emery is a bubbly and enthusiastic lady who loves people, and genuinely likes to help them find their dream home. She understands everyone has their own idea of a perfect home and will do her level best to listen to what they want and match them up with their perfect property.
If they want to view a property at a slightly unsociable time, she will work over to enable them to see the house, likes to treat people how she herself would like to be treated and puts herself in their shoes.
In her spare time she loves to walk her gorgeous chocolate Labrador, who pops in for the odd treat at the office from time to time. Liz also loves to keep fit so will often pop her trainers on and hit the roads for a run, which means she has earned a wine or two for the weekend!
Susie is a highly experienced Estate Agent having worked in the industry for over 12 years. Susie enjoys the busy environment of our Daventry Road Office and excels at working to targets in a high pressure environment and achieving excellent results. She is particularly successful at matching applicants to their ideal homes as she has excellent local knowledge having worked in the area for a number of years.
Susie's spare time is spent enjoying the company of her young daughter as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
As the oldest "Saturday girl" on the block I am loving my return to selling houses after a considerable gap my enthusiasm in houses has not diminished, every home has its own merit !
Melanie Ryan likes nothing more than someone walking into the office and finding them their dream home, she relishes every opportunity and challenge that walks through the door and never gives up the search for them, even it means leaflet dropping on a particular street they wish to purchase. Melanie has lived in Earlsdon for the past 5 years and has taken on her own Grand Design project there. Melanie is passionate about interior design and often helps our Vendors with hints, from creating a sense of light and space to minor changes that make the difference in achieving a quick sale.
Melanie has worked in the Hotel and Hospitality Industry for over 23 years, the last 3 of those years have been at Payne Associates as Residential Sales Negotiator. Melanie tells everyone it’s taken her 23 years to find her dream job, and would never work in any other industry again that gives her the opportunity to express herself in many different aspects of her job.
I am currently studying for my NVQ level 3 in Business Admin and am hoping to progress and have a long term career in Estate Agency. I understand that buying a home isn’t a decision that should be taken lightly and that everybody wants their dream home. With learning to drive and doing my training I would like to be able to show potential buyers around properties and helping them as much as I can.
In my spare time I enjoy working out, dancing twice a week and socialising with family and friends.

Tom has been selling property in Coventry and Warwickshire for the last ten years and knows the market inside out.
Becoming a member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2008 he recognises the importance of being honest and professional in everything he does. He believes good old fashioned communication and service is key to getting houses sold and has built up a fantastic reputation within the industry for providing excellent customer service.
Tom says "I love it when a good plan comes together. Giving my clients the advice they need to guide them through the sales process and making sure their house is marketed correctly means that we get the best results possible. Working together with clients and achieving excellent results is really satisfying and that is why I get up in the morning."
Tom also has extensive knowledge of the new build sector having consulted with local and national developers and has experience in selling large investment portfolios.
In his spare time Tom, amongst other things loves music and motorsport. A keen DJ and fan of Formula 1 and LeMan he regularly goes karting and only gets the golf clubs out in the warmest of weather!

Jon has been involved in estate agency and property since 2007. He loves to sell and will enthusiastically point out the features and benefits of a property including any development potential. He also has experience selling probate property.
Married with 2 children Jon has owned properties since he was 21. He has redeveloped his current home after experiencing 2 fall throughs in previous sales so he understands how important it is to keep a sale together.
Having experience in lettings, I have now been selling property for some time. I love finding the perfect homes for my buyers and helping to make dreams become reality. I have a young son and understand the importance of finding the right family home. I take great pleasure in delivering excellent service and getting the right price for my clients and equally I enjoy sharing the excitement of buyers when they are purchasing a property.

Donna has over 25 years' experience in residential property sales, having started her career for a local independent Estate Agent in 1989. Donna recently joined Payne Associates in April 2017 following the opportunity to work in Earlsdon, where she has lived for the past 12 years. Donna firmly believes that respect in the property industry can only be gained by showing the same to clients, through high levels of service and excellent customer care. Vicki joined Payne Associates in November 2017 and has over 25 years experience in residential sales. Vicki has mainly worked for local independent companies throughout Coventry and Warwickshire but when offered the opportunity to return to Earlsdon, where she had previously worked for many years, Vicki was very keen to join the team. “Earlsdon feels like my second home, I love showing clients around the many different types of properties found within Earlsdon and working within such a vibrant and diverse community”. In her spare time Vicki enjoys travel, theatre and family time.
Siobhan first started her career in estate agency in 2007 and has joined the team at Payne Associates in 2017. She is a dedicated member of staff always willing to go above and beyond to ensure vendors and purchasers alike experience the best service possible. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the gym and practising yoga.
Sinead, is the newest member of the Earlsdon team, having recently joined Payne Associates in July 2018. Sinead is currently studying for her NVQ levels in business administration.

Senior Lettings Negotiator
Olga Has worked for Payne Associates since July 2014 in the lettings department working closely with Lauren. She has 2 years’ experience in lettings previously working for another agency in Coventry. Her favourite part of the job is advising landlords and aiming to provide the best services possible in an increasingly competitive industry. As a bilingual speaker Olga finds it helpful to assist customers who speak Russian language. She also enjoys fast paced office environment, and a brilliant easy going team. In her spare time Olga enjoys socialising with friends, watching films and spending time with her husband and dog.

Daniel began his working career in property management in October 2006 and has been with Payne Associates since October 2007.
He has become a key part of the team and continued to develop his accountancy qualifications by passing his AAT exams in July 2012. He enjoys his job as it is always offers new challenges to keep him busy.
Daniel lives with his wife and kids and enjoys to follow Coventry City Football Club although it’s not been too joyful to watch over the past few years.
Angela, working directly with Daniel, spearheads the accounts department ensuring that rents are collected, chased up and processed in a quick and efficient manner.
She has worked in all aspects of the Lettings business since 2001, giving her a broad underlying ability and understanding of the property management field. She is a team player and relishes pulling together a team to achieve a common goal. She has experience specifically in account management, payments, contracts, repairs and maintenance, managing the Landlord and Tenant relationship and general administration.
She has worked for Payne Associates since 2013 and looks forward to doing so for many more years to come.
Gary has worked in property management for the past few years, working with a mixture of properties including HMO properties. Gary’s background was in contract management for both the plumbing & Heating sector, and brings a technical view to the day to day property management here at Payne Associates
Verine has worked within Facilities Management roles for a few years. She accidentally fell into Residential Lettings as a Property Manager and has never looked back. Working for Payne Associates means she continues to do what she enjoys. She loves problem solving and dealing with both Landlords and Tenants alike. In her spare time, for relaxation she loves packing her rucksack and riding her motorcycle to beautiful locations and as a keen photographer, taking great images, which is also very beneficial in the property industry.
