Stacie has outstanding local knowledge of the Walsgrave and Wyken area, having grown up there and she still lives locally. She has also sold many properties around the rural village locations between Rugby and Coventry.

Damion has over 7 years experience within the property industry. Having worked both in the UK housing market and abroad, there are not many situations he hasn't faced. Having been involved in both acquisition and build Damion has extensive knowledge within the property industry. He strongly believes that the customer service is paramount and works hard to provide this.
Working in both the upper exhalants of the market and the general day to day second hand market Damion is versatile enough to deal with both sellers and purchasers on many different levels.
Damion is married with a 6 year old daughter and loves nothing better than spending time with his family.

Howard was instrumental in assisting in the formation of Payne Associates when he officially “retired” as a Director of the former company and remains a close friend and colleague of the present Directors.
Currently acting as a Consultant, he has a wealth of knowledge drawn from some fifty years in Estate Agency, as a Director! Partner/Chartered Surveyor, etc in both Warwickshire and Leicestershire and has seen many changes in the industry.
The ethos of the company of “going the extra mile” is one he ascribes to wholeheartedly. He continues to enjoy active involvement with day to day issues although on a semi-retired basis and is proud to be associated with the Directors and Staff of this forward looking company.
Tracy joined Payne Associates in April 2014 and provides administration support to the Cheylesmore, City Centre and Walsgrave offices. Prior to this she worked for several years as a legal secretary for a large firm of solicitors and before this was a medical secretary for an occupational health company. Tracy lives local to the Cheylesmore office and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, socialising and sunshine holidays !
As the oldest "Saturday girl" on the block I am loving my return to selling houses after a considerable gap my enthusiasm in houses has not diminished, every home has its own merit !
Susie is a highly experienced Estate Agent having worked in the industry for over 12 years. Susie enjoys the busy environment of our Daventry Road Office and excels at working to targets in a high pressure environment and achieving excellent results. She is particularly successful at matching applicants to their ideal homes as she has excellent local knowledge having worked in the area for a number of years.
Susie's spare time is spent enjoying the company of her young daughter as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
Liz Emery is a bubbly and enthusiastic lady who loves people, and genuinely likes to help them find their dream home. She understands everyone has their own idea of a perfect home and will do her level best to listen to what they want and match them up with their perfect property.
If they want to view a property at a slightly unsociable time, she will work over to enable them to see the house, likes to treat people how she herself would like to be treated and puts herself in their shoes.
In her spare time she loves to walk her gorgeous chocolate Labrador, who pops in for the odd treat at the office from time to time. Liz also loves to keep fit so will often pop her trainers on and hit the roads for a run, which means she has earned a wine or two for the weekend!
Richard recently joined Payne Associates as Sales Manager in August 2014 after having gained a vast amount of industry knowledge from working for both Corporate and Independent Estate Agents over the last 28 years. His main role within the office is to provide Market Valuations & Appraisals and is looking forward to being part of the Daventry Road team where there is always a really good atmosphere in the office and working with his colleagues who are all very hard working and really do care about delivering a very high standard of customer service.

Tom has been selling property in Coventry and Warwickshire for the last ten years and knows the market inside out.
Becoming a member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2008 he recognises the importance of being honest and professional in everything he does. He believes good old fashioned communication and service is key to getting houses sold and has built up a fantastic reputation within the industry for providing excellent customer service.
Tom says "I love it when a good plan comes together. Giving my clients the advice they need to guide them through the sales process and making sure their house is marketed correctly means that we get the best results possible. Working together with clients and achieving excellent results is really satisfying and that is why I get up in the morning."
Tom also has extensive knowledge of the new build sector having consulted with local and national developers and has experience in selling large investment portfolios.
In his spare time Tom, amongst other things loves music and motorsport. A keen DJ and fan of Formula 1 and LeMan he regularly goes karting and only gets the golf clubs out in the warmest of weather!
Stephanie has recently joined the Daventry Road team as a Sales Negotiator having previously been working for another local Estate Agent as a Sales Receptionist. Stephanie enjoys the day-to-day challenge of helping clients by finding their ideal home and thrives on providing excellent customer service and is a very keen and enthusiastic member of the team.
In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her young daughter and enjoying the company of family and friends

Married with 2 children Jon has owned properties since he was 21. He has redeveloped his current home after experiencing 2 fall throughs in previous sales so he understands how important it is to keep a sale together.

Liz has lived in Earlsdon for the last 15 years and has worked in various businesses around Earlsdon since the age of 13. Starting her career at Hearsall Golf Club where she worked as a waitress for 5 years, then moving on to work at Millsy’s wine bar and finally managing the Earlsdon Cottage after its refurbishment in December 2006 before joining Payne Associates in February 2010.

Melanie Ryan likes nothing more than someone walking into the office and finding them their dream home, she relishes every opportunity and challenge that walks through the door and never gives up the search for them, even it means leaflet dropping on a particular street they wish to purchase. Melanie has lived in Earlsdon for the past 5 years and has taken on her own Grand Design project there. Melanie is passionate about interior design and often helps our Vendors with hints, from creating a sense of light and space to minor changes that make the difference in achieving a quick sale.
Melanie has worked in the Hotel and Hospitality Industry for over 23 years, the last 3 of those years have been at Payne Associates as Residential Sales Negotiator. Melanie tells everyone it’s taken her 23 years to find her dream job, and would never work in any other industry again that gives her the opportunity to express herself in many different aspects of her job.
I joined Payne Associates in August 2015. Having previously worked in customer service orientated jobs the chance to join Payne Associates as a “Saturday girl” was perfect. It combined my interests of property and meeting people but still allowed me time to raise my four children.
I look forward to my Saturdays at work as the pleasure of showing someone around what could be their new home is a fantastic experience.
If I have any spare time I like to relax with a book or some music.
Holly Hobbs grew up in Earlsdon, attending local schools and starting bar work in the area aged 17. After graduating from the University of Leeds, Holly gravitated back towards home with the aim of pursuing a career in property. With an ambition to learn about the property market in a customer orientated position and interactive environment, Holly joined Payne Associates in June 2016.

Suzie started working at Payne Associates in October 2014 having worked for another letting agent in Coventry for just over two years, dealing with all aspects of property management & gaining an NVQ in business administration. She really enjoys working in a busy office environment and her favourite part of the job is arranging the repairs from start to completion. In her spare time Suzie enjoys spending time her family and friends.
Having tried her hand at many different aspects of Lettings, Louise has found Property Management the string to her bow.
Louise enjoys the fast pace of property maintenance and the relationships that working close with landlords bring. Louise’s 5 years at university has taught her the importance of organisation and communication- something Louise strives to implement in her role at Payne Associates. Coventry born and bred, Louise loves being on the road and meeting tenants on first hand terms.
Louise gained a first class honours degree in Psychology and Counselling and is now involved in child-based voluntary work in the Coventry area. In her spare time Louise loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Angela, working directly with Daniel, spearheads the accounts department ensuring that rents are collected, chased up and processed in a quick and efficient manner.
She has worked in all aspects of the Lettings business over the course of the last 12 years, giving her a broad underlying ability and understanding of the property management field. She is a team player and relishes pulling together a team to achieve a common goal. She has experience specifically in account management, payments, contracts, repairs and maintenance, managing the Landlord and Tenant relationship and general administration.
She has worked for Payne Associates for the last 7 months and looks forward to doing so for many years to come.
Client Accounts Manager
Daniel began his working career in property management in October 2006 and has been with Payne Associates since October 2007.
He has become a key part of the team and continued to develop his accountancy qualifications by passing his AAT exams in July 2012. He enjoys his job as it is always offers new challenges to keep him busy.
Daniel lives with his partner and kids and enjoys to follow Coventry City Football Club although it’s not been to joyful to watch over the past few years.
John has enjoyed working for Payne Associates for nearly 10 years, having previously spent his career working in theatre all over the country. Originally from Leicester, he now lives in Coventry and enjoys socialising, holidays, football and has a keen interest in wild life.
Johns role includes showing prospective tenants around our wide variety of properties and carrying out property inspections to ensure that they are maintained to a high standard and also to make sure our tenants are happy and comfortable in their homes. He enjoys meeting new people and seeing different types of property all over Coventry.
Since starting with the company Lauren has completed her NVQ level 2 and 3 in business administration, Lauren likes to be involved in a busy working environment and has provided support and help to all of her clients, with a positive and professional attitude. In her spare time Lauren enjoys a different variety of social activities.
Senior Lettings Negotiator
Olga Has worked for Payne Associates since July 2014 in the lettings department working closely with Lauren. She has 2 years’ experience in lettings previously working for another agency in Coventry. Her favourite part of the job is advising landlords and aiming to provide the best services possible in an increasingly competitive industry. She also enjoys fast paced office environment, and a brilliant easy going team. In her spare time Olga enjoys socialising with friends, watching films and spending time with her husband and dog.
Claire has worked within residential lettings since 2000. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and prides herself on providing the very highest levels of customer service.
Having been a landlord previously, Claire appreciates the importance of finding quality tenants efficiently and speedily.
Having worked in various locations, including Stratford upon Avon, Leeds and Huddersfield, Claire is delighted to be working within her home town.
Claire enjoys socialising with friends and family and is a regular gym goer, in her spare time.
